I tried to replace a new battery by myself. I watched youtube videos and followed them. I watched a bad video, so I broke the lcd connector... The youtuber was pulling the battery from left to right.... And i did the same way. However, I realized i had to pull it off from right to left for not damaging the parts... I was really worried about it. Many stores were closed due to the virus, so I didn't expect this store was open. I visited this store. Omg, the staff in there was really nice. He saved my g7 as a new phone! Thanks again!

I bought an IPhone 11 Pro Max here. I was originally very skeptical of this place but I was done with second hand resellers on criagslist or fb marketplace so I gave this a shot. I made sure I have gotten the clerk’s name, business license number, and asked all the questions needed about the phone. I checked the phone in store for authenticity, and it seemed legit. However, the merchant failed to answer me where he get the phones. As he just said “supplier”. The phone also came with no box, wires, or EarPods. Though, the clerk did give me a free installation of a screen protector free of charge. I paid 1300, so far, I have been using it a little over a year. Haven’t had it disabled, no tech issues, no software issues. Think the price could’ve been lower, but comparing to the retail price, it was good. Hopefully, this wasn’t just luck and they truly do sell authentic phones!

My iPhone 7 had been cracked for 6 months and after taking a brief glance at it Mo (the owner?) figured he could fix it in abt 45-60 mins. I ended coming back after only 30 mins and he was placing the final touches on it! Will definitely be going back here again for all my future cellphone needs (accessories, repairs, etc) :)
